Louisiana cuts awards by 10%

Beginning next April, Louisiana will reduce breeder's awards from 22% to 20%, stallion awards will decrease from $1,000,000 to $900,000, and fourth place finishers in stakes races will not be paid.

It's disappointing, but it is still a good program.
