Obviously, he's not used much in Japan and I was wondering what might cause him to have a couple of SW's in 2010. Interestingly, both of his 2010 SW's are chasers.
The one in Japan is:
Equal Partner (5yr old) defeated a field of 14 in the Tokyo High-Jump (Grade 2 - 2 m 110y) on October 16, 2010
The other is Easy Red - an 8-year old home-bred gelding that won the $70K Metcalf Memorial Novice Stakes (2 1/4M) in September of this year.
Easy Red's dam's (Dreams of Glory) progeny report - her Charismatic baby was her best by far and she was bred to some high-priced boys over the years.

So, maybe the folks in Japan will use Charismatic a little more...or maybe they'll send him back here. Does anyone know how it works in Japan and why on earth they would pay that much for a stud just to send 6 mares his way?
