What on earth does this mean? re:

It could means all sorts of things but basically the requirements for registration haven't been fulfilled yet. Maybe the pictures are still missing, or the dna sample hasn't been returned. Or maybe there's a dispute about the stud fee and the stallion service certificate is being withheld.

Since registration is pending, the filly is at least partway through the process, so her breeder started with the intention of registering her. They just haven't completed the process.

Since registration is pending, the most logical answer would be the fees haven't been paid yet. Happens to me all the time, farm sends in registration packet, JC then waits for me to pay the fees.

OK. Didn't mean to "out" the owner! Just wondered if this meant there was a question of TB parentage. So I guess you don't have to be fully registreed to go through a sale; she was a keesep yearling.

if she went thorough the ring then I'm 90% confident in saying either..

A) Stallion Service Certificate was not released because sale was a pay out of proceeds, and it takes 15-30 pays for the sale company to cut a check and perhaps even longer for that check to make it into accounting and accounting give the ok to release the stallion service cert. - Saying IF, the stud fee was even fully payable by sale of the yearling.. if it wasn't then stud fee has to be paid with in 30 days of sale,, but thats a whole 'nother can of worms.

or

B) like was previously mentioned.. application fee was not paid.

She was an RNA for $65K so if it was a pay out of proceeds, the stud fee was not paid.
