The NGS says that the east Coast earthquake was caused by an, until now, unknown fault running under D.C and through Virginia.. That new found fault has been officially named the Obama Fault but the White House immediately issued a knee-jerk press release stating that it was really Bush's fault.
Other theories abound. One is that the Omama/Bush Fault was actually caused by the founding fathers rolling over in their graves. Another is that the Obama/Bush earthquake was not an earthquake at all but the effects of a $14.6 trillion dollar check bouncing in Washington.
