Is there a database/website like equibase but for horses that have raced outside the US? I've been trying to look up race records and such about my mare's extended family (produce of the 1st and 2nd dams) but they have all raced in Europe so I'm not having much luck.

I don't know of a site that covers every single European country, but http://www.racingpost.com comes the closest, in my experience.

BRISnet pedigree reports show results from England, Ireland, France, and a handful of other countries, with earnings converted to $US.
