After 18 years Frankie leaves Godolphin

It looks like Frankie has two options, stay in England where his family is and ride for the Qatar Arabs(Al Thani family) who own Pearl Bloodstock & Qatar Racing or uproot his family and come over here to Coolmore.

Decision it seems will come later this week.

I would think that England and Ireland are within commuting distance. Why move the family, if he rides for Coolmore?

He would need to be there everyday to ride out the horses in the mornings.

Coolmore prefer to have a jockey who is fulltime on site.
