Postby Jose » Wed Jan 16, 2013 10:05 pm

Can somebody suggest farms located in Pennsylvania that provide affordable good quality mare care based on personal experience?

hi

am purchasing a mare from a gal near altoona pa - her name is megan mittenmauer - farm is 814-684-2722 or 732-866-3449 - l46 parks dr tyrone pa - never met her but she seems nice on the phone and very easy to do business with - she has 28 head , 4 kids and probably could use another boarder or two

good luck

My mare is on a private farm and unfortunetly they don't have any more room. They really aren't set up like a regular breeding farm as my mare is the only one they have. I had it set up where she had her own shed and turnout and she foaled outside.

I would say between $17-20 per day.
