A classic photo, your son will folllow your love of the horse, as it is sex linked combo from mother to son. Peace be with you and your family.

he's destined to be a horseman for sure! thanks for the comments everyone its just amazing how most horses are instinctly gentle with children, the foals and yearlings will walk right up to him with there heads down eager for there muzzles to be rubbed, and even the big tuff mares have to give in, just amazing what gentle giants they can be!

Beautiful picture Brooke..but ha ha ha..not all "foals" are instinctively gentle..my weanling colt by My boy Adam kicked the landlords kid right in the chest and sent him across the stall!! he was a holy terror that one...thankfully the boy was not hurt, just really freaked out..

How cute!

Such a sweet picture and that mare looks ready to pop her foal any minute...or is she just wide this spring?! Made my day brighter. Put that picture in the little guy's scrapbook. :)

he turns 2 in May, horses are all he's every known. If any one ever uses the saying on him " dont you know to close the door, you werent raised in a barn" he can say " yes i was" . Well just about it anyway but he loves it, horse was his first real word and id have to say its still the one he uses the most! When we watch racing on Tv he jumps up and down in front of it yelling go horsey go!! Fun arent they :)
