Since we definitaly need to spice things up a little here, I thought I would talk a walk out back and drag him in here, left him the following note on the door to the shed:
TEXAS: Mamma sent me out to find you, have to come all the way out here to the back lot to find you suckin on the still, Uncle TEXAS, I thought you were going to come on up to the big house (TB board), some of your kin would like you to pay your respects to all the thoroughbred types in for a visit, so if you'd just brush yourself off and come on up, there's some folk like to say hello.
Oh, and don't bother to sober up first. We aint.
Went looking for TEXAS

He's login name here is "ElvisisKing" I believe.
I don't recall him having been here since the new board went up. He's over on the Allbreed board making an ass of himself and spreading his special brand of redneck humor.
Hey Sandi- Found Texas!
I'll have to check that out- I miss the cockfighting!
C'mon Sandi- pull up the lawn chairs, and I'll go get the Harvey Wallbangers!!!
"Tell that onery bunch of TB'ers that you located their favorite victim and think you have suckered him into starting a new post with them... be sure and tell them I have a new meat market in my new barn.... serving only genuine 100% certified walmart critters..who said there wasn't a market for OTTB's... laughing... TEXAS... "
And if I may be so bold, Texas, I do appreciate a lot of what you share on this board- I have learned some things from you, once I get past all the woman-bashing!

Me too, Kari - but I didn't realize he had been abused over here, TEXAS if you're listening, I didn'tt try to lure you here for kicks - I enjoy your refreshingly unique perspective, and I thought we could use some over here too.

Yep--good 'ol Tex is hanging out over on the allbreed board now--he must think this board is too uptight since now we have to be babysat like snot-nosed brats (no offense Rogelet). Texas has a whole bunch of pretty ladies lined up and swinging from his fence gates over there at allbreed--meanwhile, he's still sittin on his porch laughing!

I talked to Texas after the OK Texas football game in Dallas. Texas is a Longhorn fan and I am a sooner fan. I told Texas that the painted ladies must have missed their bus on friday night, as OK won the game. The painted ladies were supposed to keep the sooners up all night so Texas would win the game on saturday LOL.
The reason Texas hasnt posted in a long time is because he is the stable foreman for 150 QH that he is preping for a sale. Texas is also building new barns and a new house. Texas said to tell all hello LOL.

Yeah, yeah, he still finds time to chat 'em up over to the Allbreed barn. 150 Quarter horses to care for. Turn 'em out and let em graze. How much fine tuning do QHs need anyways. Tex may send ol Roscoe out after some coyotes bothering them now and again, but I bet he pretty much keeps his old snakeskin boots propped up on the rail most the time........laughing right now!
Louis, having one and half feet in the quarterhorse industry and half a foot in the thoroughbred, I don't recall of any establishment that has 150 quarterhorses prepping for sale. Fifty maybe, but not 150. Texas may have been suffering from another case of texasbragism. Texan's get that often, just like hayfever.
Chiggins6, prepping a horse for a sale is the same, whether it be Ruidoso or Keeneland.

I for one don't appreciate the potty-mouth language in reference to someone who does not directly affect your universe. No one should have to feel "voted" into this forum, nor should they have to prove who or what they are on the other end of the keyboard. Play nice or don't play at all.
