Saw Dive finished last at Monmouth. She is so elegantly bred, does anyone have any info on her? I thought this was at least her second start, but maybe I'd wrong and it was her first. Had thought she might show SOMETHING!

She certainly seems to be nicely bred. Maybe this just wasn't her day and better things are ahead for this filly.

I knew Dive pretty well when I worked for her trainer. This was her second start and she was 7th in her first start. She has some mental issues and she's on the small side as well. I took my little cousins to meet her last summer and they adored her. I had to hold Lights On's head to keep her from nipping but little Dive just wanted to lick them.

Thanks so much, Contrast! It is always fun to hear about a horse first hand. Gives you an appreciation for what's happening with them and why. Cute story about your bringing your cousins to see her and Dive's response! I really appreciated your posting.
