oh, Guffaw.
So where did that incredible eighth at the sales come from?
Flash in the pan?
Maybe his butt healed too tight.
They didn't stretch him.

Maybe that is all he ever had. Maybe he was chemically assisted in a way for that eighth that would not be acceptable in race training.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....

You've all been around the track enough to know that works don't mean anything. I would like to hear from someone who actually saw the work. Given that there is no way that this horse can make Pletcher look good, I would guess he would try to play down expectations through modest official works, and when he wants to see what the horse can actually do, it's out to a private training center. So if we have any posters here from the NY tracks please keep an eye out for TGM's works and let us know what the horse is actually doing. JMO

Dave...the only thing TGM has EVER outworked in his life is Pletcher chugging down the stretch in his sewer boots.

I'm thinking that the Storm Cat on top and the Unbridled on the bottom is what's doing this horse in. As you write, "JMO."

man, if I were the PR guy for Hollywood park, that has Friday night written all over it. I'd bust my butt to get that one done.

dollar beers, hot women, and two horrible slow horses that cost more than the hollywood park complex

like someone else said, you don't pay 16 mil, and try to play mind games to get a big score... if so I want to be apart of that pool

I think people who normally don't watch workouts are paying wayyyy to much attention to one. it's his first in a while he's out of shape and coming off a freshing. him being FAST is the last concern I would have. Him being healthy enough to run fast is the first

ALLOWANCE - THE MISMANAGED
Purse $60,000. (Plus up to $18,000 to Cal-Breds) For Three Year Olds And
upward for horses that have flown all over the country multiple times only to be delayed at airports, ridiculously spotted at incorrect distances, and wound up being so tired that five furlongs is now the horse's limit.
Claiming Or Starter Or Which Have Never Won Three races.

Bill Currin entered Stormello, but the race didn't fill. It's being carried over as an extra.
