Agreed... Kudos to Mark Casse! He is a wonderful horseman. I am so glad Bruno S. is not allowed back!!
Mark Casse will be at our farm on October 3rd judging a Thoroughbred horse show. So anyone who would like to come out with or without horses to meet him, is more than welcome!
More on the show can be found here, http://www.thoroughbredniagara.com/horse_show.html , if you would like to get Marks evaluation and opinion of your horse(s).

Bruno is back racing at Tampa Bay Downs. He had Aranka Jana show in the 4th race today. Took the lead into the stretch and faded just before the wire. Trained by R. Allen, Jr.

Not familiar with the sire. Either were the HRTV commentators. I'm assuming that Bruno is still banned from Canadian and some U. S. tracks.

Where's The Ring is a nice Stallion, he is an Ontario Sire so it would make sense you aren't familiar with him as he has made his mark with Regional Runners. I believe Josephine Abercrombie owns him & he stands at Gardiner/Paradox with Dr. Mike Colterjohn.
Wilf you took the words right out of my mouth. Unfortunately for those living in the area near him we have the pleasure of driving by his farm on a regular basis & that is a whole other story.
So much I could say so little time..

Wilf: Ugggh! Out of sight out of mind is why I thought tracks had become pro-active about his status. This had been the first time that I'd seen one of his horses run since this thread began over a year ago. Didn't mean to suggest that Bruno just reappeared. I'm well aware of how Bruno takes care of his horses. I have one of his here. The colt showed up broken down at a rescue that I was volunteering at. I took him home and it took me two years to get him right. He is now my youngest daughter's primary field hunter, but I'm sure if he could talk, and he told you the story of his early years, he'd have nothing nice to say about Bruno or his trainers.
As you say, Bruno is a piece of cr*p.

Bruno
Bruno regularly races horses in Ohio, at Thistledown, and also Mountaineer. Jeff Radosevich is his trainer. It seems he has new additions all the time to the stable. Also, as was mentioned Tampa.
Has been racing there for years.

Radosevich is another one that can't feed horses...My girls used to go to Ohio to pick up horses for retraining and placing here but the ones from him were usually in such a sorry state they were too scared the 40 hours trip would finish them, awful, pictures on the Net must have been taken the day he got them..
The sport and industry survive not only because of the champions that are remembered forever but also because of the losers that are so easy to forget...
