Any way to naturally support the body's own immune system and help it strengthen itself is NOT a gimmick, IMO, nor is it a "miracle cure". It is simply helping the body to help itself.
Most pharmaceuticals are gimmicks to keep doctors and the drug companies in business. Most of the "pills" have so many side affects, it's worse than the original disease. This society has become so brainwashed and conditioned to "expect" instant healing in a pill or a shot. There are crooks in both the "natural" and "synthetic" cures industries.
Take the sythetic pills but take the natural stuff too, to boost the immune system. Most of the drugs on the market damage the immune system and organ function.
