I've seen a lot of black and near black horses from DHD and Storm Cat but they are almost all registered of course as dark bay or brown.

Check the Kissin Krises. I know I had one that ran today. Krissin Angel, I think. Think there might be one or two more but I can't remember off the top of my head.
