You wanna get claimed at Portland Meadows, you gotta go lower than sixty-two fifty.

I bet you'd get a taker at $2500. Good luck!

Hey Toadie tell the new trainer that you might be interested in the mare later on when she is done racing. Or, take the money and go to the December mixed sale and buy yourself a nice broodmare. I am sure that there will be some real bargains.

LOL I have been banned from reading condition books
 Be nice to stick with the NW3 crowd...

She is Classy Vixen, by Cache In out of Shady Vixen (Superbity).

That's quite an interesting Pedigree. The dam is out of a half to In Reality (Superbity), and she's out of a son of Lac Ouimet who seems to have had some success with very limited opportunity.

The second dam is a minor stakes winner, and the line traces back to a Reine de Course, Canfli.

The only thing is that half the Reines de Course I look at, I can't figure out why they were given that designation. It seems like a very hit and miss system.

The Ribot/Flower Bowl Cross through His Majesty and Graustark is interesting too.

Has she been sprinting?

I don't think that's true. Do you mean BY a half to In Reality?

Dropping her to $2500 from a win at $6250, may scare people off. It would me anyway. Something wrong with her?

NW2L to NW3L could justify a drop, but, yeah, $6250 to $2500 is pretty big.

Geo,

She is a sprinter, she won't settle out of the gates, so the jock is forced to let her go. Going 5-1/2 seems to fit her, she was fading going 6-1/2 furlongs.

Tiz,

Nothing wrong with her other than bad luck (posts a couple of iffy rides etc). All I can say is I won't have to worry about in

as for where she winds up next I am not sure (I doubt it would be for $2500). As for wanting her claimed its really more just to put the "books" into the black  Besides, its why you play the claim game, lose one get another :D

I am hoping ours gets claimed today! It would be a grande day.
I know someone just angry and bitter enough to think he's hitting us where it hurts... maybe he'll take the bait.... Oh I hope so!!!
