You might want to bone up on your spelling while under suspension. In between your 105 hours of work this week.

No.. no one has broken down on the track in public view. that much I will give you.

Someone I know had a filly put down last week after working on the track.

You should not be working around horses. Anyone who reports with such glee the injury of a racehorse isn't fit to be around them.

she's not reporting with glee... but at the same time she's proving her argument to you.

you put her in a loose loose situtation. the poly wins out.. she looses. if she reports that a horse is injuried.. she's a loser because she is happy because of it.

Oh ya, I'm always thrilled to see a horse get hurt. Makes my day. Interesting though that a horse could possibly train on the surface (poly) and Cushion and still break down.... game set match.

anyone who is trying to argue poly is that damn safe in the first place should be slapped.

I, with my own two eyes, at arlington park say Rene Dougls get tossed on the other side of the fence by a horse that broke down on the poly.

last week what were there..4 breakdowns?

FYI, the filly will be fine. I just bought her for a broodmare. Thanks for the heads up.

Sure you did. Where will she have surgery? How many pins will it require? Where is there a facility with a revival pool in the area?
Why lie... makes no sense. She was already long gone by the time you posted this.... fool.

I made the deal with Sandy Shulman; she's back at his barn in a gel cast for a week at which time I will move her off. The vet says she'll be fine. She's a stakes placed winner of $230,000 with a nice pedigree to boot, so she'll have a nice life as a broodmare for me.

So much for your insight and truthfulness. Also your "x-ray eyes".

Is the horse that was vanned back to Sandys barn today Okay? He claimed it in the first and it wasnt unsaddled, it was vanned off in distress.

Glad to hear the mare that pulled up bad is going to make it.

Thanks, foggytrip. I don't usually pick up potential broodmares like this, but Tucumcari was especially helpful this time in steering me to a worthy candidate. I already have a name chosen for the mare's first foal: Tucumcari's Mistake
