How can you comment on the HBPA backing Stronach or not and how can you say you're 100% sure they are not...because of what you read? As a member of the Florida and NY HBPA, I've been telling you, it is the legislators that are stopping the uniform rules from going forward in Florida and other racing jurisdictions as well. Here's the article from one of the most anti-racing reporter's in the industry...The Paulick Report. This article tells the true story and the reason why there are problems getting the new rules passed, the uncooperative LEGISLATURE !! Now the uniform rules won't pass in Florida till the next legislative session next year, because the Florida lawmakers declared pari-mutuel and other gambling issues to be ‘dead’ for this legislative Session ending May 2nd. Another 2 weels, certainly time enough to get this done, knowing the importance of this to the racing industry? TJ
