GSV Nails the Queen's Plate and 4th Straight 3YO Classic

Postby George William Smith » Sun Jun 25, 2006 7:11 pm

Edenwold, the highest GSV by far, in the $1 Million Queen's Plate at 73.09, wins and pays $34.40 to win.

The Matchmaker has now published his 3YO Classic bets the day before each classic and now has his 4th straight exacta by using the GSV for his key horses.

1. Kentucky Derby: Barbaro [GSV=76.12] to Bluegrass Cat [GSV 74.46]: Exacta pays $587.00/$2 unit
2. Preakness: Bernardini [GSV=75.87] to Barbaro, Brother Derek, Sweetnorthernsaint: Exacta pays =$171.60/$2 unit
3. Belmont Stakes: Jazil [GSV=75.58] to Bluegrasss Cat: Exacta pays $92/$2 unit
4. Queen's Plate: Edenwold[GSV=73.09] to field: Exacta pays $$233.60/$2 unit.

When Barbaro broke down, Bernardini with the 2nd highest GSV took over and won the Preakness. Since Bernardini had almost the same GSV as Barbaro, I used him to as my backup bet. That is the only kink in keeping the GSV from a perfect 3YO Classic success strike rate

Of course, the success rate cannot continue indefintely, but right now I'm living for the moment. Go GSV Go

Nothing helps motivate one to update his GRASP files like success. Go GSV Go
