Stoute / Davies in trouble for ride on FLORIMUND

Sir Michael Stoute and Stephen Davies in trouble for not achieving the best placing...at Windsor on the 24th July in the 6.50pm race.

32 day ban for the jockey
40 day ban for the horse
£6000 fine for the trainer

If the horse was claimed out of the race, would the horse be allowed to race under the new trainer ?

It was a Class 5 Maiden Stakes for 3 - 4-y-o and Florimund was joint third favourite of 19 runners. My understanding is that if it had been a claimer then the horse's ban goes with the horse.

Questioin for Pierre LP et al, what are the subtle differences between this breaking of the rules and Kieron Fallon's and other's purported breaking of the rules - with regard to bringing the sport into disrepute for example?

I feel a little aggrieved as Florimund had my tenner on him but it's my own fault I should have noticed what jockey was aboard!!!!
