Street Sense by Street Cry

Postby el camino » Sun Sep 10, 2006 1:14 pm

Looked good in his last start, his win. Arlington is his home turf, Nafzger...He should place.....The Street Cry's are really running well, especially since, well you would think they would do better at 3, running a bit of ground. 50/50 dirt/turf success. Just missed a couple of winners yesterday. Placed at Delaware and Turfway. Street Cry looks promising.

Well Street Sense got dead heat for third in the slop.. not too bad, really.

I have great hopes for a nice foal from my mare, Express to Boston.

The dead heat was for the winners. Street Sense was third all by himself 1 3/4 lengths behind the winners.

Big Timer

Postby el camino » Mon Sep 25, 2006 5:01 am

I saw Big Timer listed on a ranking for the BC juvenile. Anybody know if he is here in the U.S. ? Who is his trainer?

I don't think he is here yet, but he is due for the Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park. His trainer is Ian Semple and you can find the latest on him from The Racing Post, just search using his name or his trainer's name.

Well, Madelyn, you must be thrilled to death. A freshman sire with the 2YO Champion Colt?

Street Cry x Express to Boston? Sounds we're gonna have us a fun name. I'm sure Boston has some streets with interesting names...maybe do that?
