Times on Polytrack

Postby Daisy Jal Dastur » Fri Sep 21, 2007 9:38 am

Hi gang,

What are the group's impression of workout/race times on the polytrack, as compared to other synthetic surfaces? What do you make of first time starters that work blazes on this track? Finally, are there any concrete facts of horses that like turf will also like the poly, and vice versa?

The times I've been seeing at Woodbine make this somewhat difficult of decifer....

Thanks and looking forward to your responses....

I don't know much about the type of fake dirt...but I had a horse workout at Presque Isle, and I didn't see much difference!
