woo hoo -- what a filly -- Cry and Catch Me

She won a stakes on her third time out. She is from the wonderful female family of Khara. Her dam didn't do too badly herself, and broke a Sam Houston track record. The immediate family includes the good horses Northfields, Shicklah, Habitat, and the grand prix jumper Napur. :D :D  :D

Unbridled Belle is also tail-female to Khara and she won the G1 Beldame this weekend.

This is my favorite family and I have two from it. Got to LOVE this clan!
Don't be so humble - you are not that great.

I have a daughter of Napur--so I don't own anyone tail female to this family, but did get to have some of the bloodlines. :D

And can't forget the family of my favorite of the hardknocking geldings, Little Bold John! The females of this family can sure turn out runners. One of my favorites too.

If you watch the race again... Izarra was on her way to catch her. A better trip and a little more distance and Izarra, grandaughter of Bayakoa, will be making a name for herself!

IZARRA right now is my 2nd choice for the BC Juve Filly. I think she grows up on dirt.

gotta love that Bayakoya in the pedigree as well. that would make for a feel good story, as Bakakoya died shortly after having Izarra's dam
