Isn't Indian Blessing a Cal filly?

And Midnight Lute is also a Californian horse. What a remarkable bunch.

When did she ever run in California, George? Come to think of it, when was the last time she trained there?

I think I was thinking Cree calling Indian Blessing a Cali filly.

Here we go:

The Calis have won only one race so far today....not exactly "remarkable." Where were Tasha's Miracle, Set Play, Izarra, Shore Do, Overextended, Dixie Chatter, Salute The Sarge, Nashoba's Key, Smokey Stover, Bordonaro, and Greg's Gold?

I guess what fascinates me is how East versus West Coast is determined in these kinds of threads. So far winners and ITM horses in the BC who have raced in California this year are Midnight Lute, Idiot Proof, Kip Deville, and Maryfield. Coming up are contenders like Balance, Hystericalady, Tough Tiz's Sis, Aweaome Gem, and Tiago.

But we all know that California racing sucks

It sucked when these horses were running too. Just ask the forums. 8)

Is it fair to call Ginger Punch an "East Coast" horse?

Sure but Hystericalady was hardly disgraced.

 I had a comment but will refrain.
The distaff was likely the most exciting race of the day.

The Pegasus Stakes (the first race) was a great race - head and head all the way down the stretch.

Talking about the wonderful east coast horses, none noticed that already crowned Horse of the Year and Champion Three Year Old Filly, Boca Grande, ran in the Inside Information Breeders Cup Stakes, in Fridays undercard, unplaced, beaten near 20 lenghts. What is next? $2K claimer at Los Alamitos?
