RIP Toussaud

She was euthanized Monday, Jan 5. when her condition worsened. She's been battling laminitis for quite a long time and was incredibly well looked after, through colic surgery as well I believe. I'm sorry for Juddmonte's loss. I know she was the queen around there and they miss her.

Wow, what a loss. She will be remembered as one of the great matriarchs.

I just read about it in Bloodhorse. They have a beautiful photo of her. It seems that we are losing a lot of the great ones lately. She will be missed, but long remembered.

I also hope that the blood of her untimely deceased son, Chester House
may be preserved:

my favorite barn, to look for tb of quality is Frankels, i love to study their inherited blue blood breeding. i wanted an eye photo of toussaud to study for my research of great producers, but i never received one. RIP my love.
