Looks like that Candy Ride horse, Chocolate Candy has made a big improvement and is running a bit under the radar here.

For those inclined to numbers, check out the Pace Parameters for the Derby prep races. They can be somewhat perplexing but note the projected 10F, 10FTT (ten furlong turn time: 6fl to 8fl) and 10FLQ (last quarte mile). The Derby is all about the horse that runs the fastest turn and the fastest last quarter mile.

I believe these numbers tell us what we really need to know and I've always found them a particular fun study.
