Einstein! Man I like that horse. This was shaping up to be the best Santa Anita H. in years before Col. John and Tiago got sick, too bad. Whats everyone think of Einstein's future stud prospects? I know Ky. is not real keen on the Buckpasser line (latest burn being Chapel Royal) and then there's the owners in the clink and all.

we won't have to worry about him gong to stud for a while I think, at least until his ownershiop is resolved. good for racing.
I'd bred to him in a heartbeat. can run on any surface, is as durable as they come and has very.. unique.. bloodlines. not bad. just unique.

We gotta keep us a Spend a Buck goin'. I'd be very disappointed if they didn't try. What with the Classic at Santa Anita again, if I were them I'd point for that and then see if I could get a good farm picked out. I know Midnight Cry's got drama but all I ever heard about was the interest in Curlin. Nobody was arm-wrestling over Einstein. Is that because they didn't care or is he not in the same bind as Curlin was with the part-ownership with Jackson?
I'd just like to say really quickly: Go Helen!!!!!!!!!! Phfew ok, got that out.

as long as the BC races are in socal i'm not making the mistake I made last year and bet against the euro's. they come over here and get to chose turf or turf lite and frankly they are better at it then we are.
god forbid a horse like jaypeg made his way over for the Breeders cup classic.
anyway I am getting too far ahead. great win and I'm very happy for helen. she deserves it.
I could see Enstein sweeping the big 3 socal races
and to boot, i'm watching a history documentory on the history channel on enstein!

Yes it was a very nasty injury. Robby did a great job getting him pulled up without causing injury to anyone else!
