I thought a judge had told Stronach that he could not buy his own properties back, from the bankruptcy sale.

Now I read in TB Times that Stronach's personal trust company is making stalking horse bids on several properties.

Anyone know the details?

When will Golden Gate come up for sale? Are there any serious buyers?

i was told FS was going to take SA off the market, as he wants to buy back SA, as slots are coming. we will know in 2 weeks as his ch. 11 will be in court, for a final verdict.
