Garcia suspended

Alan Garcia suspended 7 days for his ride on Vineyard Haven. Figured this would be coming. It looked to me like he kept hitting left handed after the horse bumped into Capt Candyman Can.

the right call,I'm going to ask gary stevens what garcia should have done with his whip.
