my breeders cup filly and mare sprint analsysis

qu ite possibl y the easiest race i've handicapped in a while

Ventura. Ventura. Ventura. I'd be shocked if she ddn't win by 3-4 lengths.

she's BETTER than she was last year and the field is WORSE than it was last year. informed decision is okay but anywhere near a say indian blessing who ventura took behind the woodshed last year.

but the goal is to make money not to pick winners. so we still have some handicapping to do.

I am going to take what I learned last year and throw out all the e ast coast horses that do not run on synethics.]

only green doesn't match my pedgiree analsys for winning on a synethic surface. she's by a stone cold turf horse out of a stone code turf sire

that leaves us with silver swallow, Evita Argentina, informed decision

I'm really, really not that impressed with what is aw in informed decisions last race. she won but it wasn't very impressive.

you got to do some creative handicappnig but i can make a very very stong case for evita argentia.

throw her non santa anita races out and her races over 7F and she's clearly the 2nd best in this race.

Win - Ventura (and yes I will place a win bet on her just to cover my bases to make sure i come out the race with something

place - Evita Argentia

I think Evita Argentina is slightly below top class.

Ventura is a risk because although she is loaded with talent, she has a habit of hanging on the lead. Informed Decision has beaten Ventura this year and is unbeaten over synthetics, so I'm playing against Ventura and going with Informed Decision.

Sara Louise is my top choice. Running with Rachel Alexandra and Indian Blessing, neither in this race, Brisnet speed figures love her! Detorri is a plus but can she handle the synthetics. I think best horse wins on synthetics, so i'm taking her to win over Ventura (all class, loves the track) and Seventh Street whose route experience should help here.

she has never ran on the fake and she doesn't have a pedigree that just jumps out abd says she should lovei it. she could. but i lose too much money last year making the conclusion that the best horse should win.

I'm Boxing Ventura and Seventh Street.

I'm loving a front running router at 7 furlongs

They loved her on The Works on TVG. She looked really good just hobby-horsing.

hats off to the winner but i dont' think GG did ventura any favors sitting that far back on that slow a pace.

I believe you are right, but lets not take anything away from Informed Decision, she is definitely a talent.
