Most of Rachel's fans do wear blinker's, they help you to focus......TJ

Hey Dub,
Put a pair of full cup, closed blinker's on and watch this video....enjoy their shared greatness, their individuality, their contrast in running styles, Z's showmanship and Rachel's sheer speed. If that doesn't work for you, try a tongue tie, ring bit and a figure 8. TJ

TJ, I think you and I are probably less than a handful on this board that love both of those magnificent gals.
I loved the video except the first part showing pasture horses. At first I thought it was a joke until I forwarded it to the good part. lol

Yeah video was nice, I still watch Rachels Oaks win about once a week and it nearly brings me to tears, what a race.

She is what she is, I think I refered to her as cheap speed on here, a little unkind but somewhat true.

How she got HOTY over Big Z?
She is a really good speedball one of the best fillies for a few years but Big Z is a notch up again from her.

Watch Big Z Classic again pulling away in the final 1/8th making top notch American and Euro horses look paceless, as you guys would say AWESOME.

I thought the music played well to Z's moves:>) The thing about Zenyatta is every race she runs there comes a point where you say she's gonna get beat today....then she digs down deep in that 10 speed tranny and pulls another gear. She is by far one of the most exciting horses to watch run and her Breeder's Cup win was no exception, she looked hopelessly beaten.....that was the race that put her over the top and she gained all her faithful fans loyal support....it's like she know's she's in Hollywood. Yet, Rachel is no slouch either and I'm looking forward to seeing her race Friday....she will have no excuse to clean up after herself this time. If she gets beat I'm sure there is more to this than meets the eye. Personally I don't really think so...I believe then as I do now, she was just not ready to run.....if they would have decided to run her against Z, she would have been drained before her 2010 campaign even began. For me, I will have an opinion as to who I think will win when I know where and when they will finally meet each other. Untill then I'll enjoy every opportunity I get to watch them run. TJ

Hi D,
Anyone in this business has to love both of them....those that don't, have never been hands on with a good horse. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when you are able to see two horses as special as these...you just have to enjoy every race they run and look forward to the day they meet. All the talk and opinions in the world mean squat till these two go postward and settle it where all great horses settle things..at the wire! By the way....I loved the first part of the video.....because a horse is a horse and I got a kick out of that pasture king chasing everyone around:>) TJ

Hi G,
I think she's through....she drifted out going into the first turn and never moved anything like the way she did last season. TJ

HOTY my backside, cheap speed and when the speed is gone snap a leg next.

Retire her while she is still sound, Mr Jackson.
