Pedigrees of Keeneland SWs

Postby EquineAdvocacyExaminer » Sun Oct 24, 2010 5:37 am

I've written about the pedigrees of two new graded stakes winners at Keeneland:

Fugitive Angel, winner of Friday's Pin Oak Valley View:

And Hilda's Passion, who captured yesterday's Lexus Raven Run:

Each is a rising star, I think!

Alphabet Soup was bred from a Ph. over Rabelais NF bred mating. AS has an outcross pedigree with no dupe of Inbreeding. AS progeny are late maturing, & Inherit his soundness thru his prolific crosses of NP stallions & mares. Lov your style, keep up your writing. With lov & peace Louis.

Hi Maureen,
Welcome to PQ, interesting articles, both. I agree with you concerning Hilda's Passion, the RF to Special in the 5th generation is such a strong factor. Many aren't that impressed by it anymore, even less since Leon Rasmussen has past on.....But, I've found it to be a very strong indicator when shopping for a decent horse without a big pocket book.....especially those hidden 4x5 and 5x5 like Hilda.
