Win/Race Photos

How long does a track typically keep race/win photos? Is there any way to find pics other than win pictures of older races?

Hi Shannon,
Here's a site that has great old and new pictures of old and recent champions. I am posting the link of the 2nd page....the first photo is an amazing picture of Citation in a morning workout, this is the type of horse it takes to win the Triple Crown.....click on the image then click on enlarge image to see his unyielding power close up!
Win pictures (negatives) are held on track for at least a couple years, today with digital I'd assume even longer. TJ

I manged to get a win picture of my mare Dizzy from 2002 by contacting the track photographer and paying around $20, pretty sweet pic too as she won by 18+ lengths.....she was moving like a tremendous machine!

Excellent, thank-you. I have all the race records, so I guess I just need to call the track photographers.
