I read that the re offense was a TCO2 overage. The 90 came from the CHRB overruling and arbitrator.

Wonder if he was one of the target trainers during the ordeal involving officals.

Hi Irene,
That could be, here's an old article that Mullins kind of alludes to what that former CHRB employee was also alledging. There may be some truth to it. Also in the article, he apologizes for a remark he made to a reporter concerning fans and gambler's. TJ

Well he filed for a stay of the suspension today. I have no idea if the courts will overrule the CHRB and give him the stay. Out here stays in general, are a dime a dozen..

Just read on another board a San Diego judge granted him a stay. Starting to wonder where the truth is on this matter. Is he a dirty trainer per the documented violations or has he been unfairly singled out by a previously dysfunctional CHRB regime and is no better or worse than the rest??
