Georgie Boy

Postby Swaps1955 » Thu May 12, 2011 4:33 pm

Anyone have any information on the status of Georgie Boy? He was incredibly consistent, won the San Carlos in 2009 and dropped out of sight. What a nice horse he is.

Not 100% sure but I think he was injured and subsequent attempts to get him back to the races have not worked.

But that won't make any difference to Louis. He keeps insisting that horses that die of pneumonia are FB's and that their FBness caused their illness.

Multiple crosses to Phalaris probably are the reason for skin diseases, too. 8)

Louis, deal with the 3rd set of photos. If you think they are all NFBs, say so and be done with it.

look at GB conformation photo, you will see what a FB looks like. He has a narrow skeleton frame that resembles a greyhound.

What does a narrow frame have to do with pulling a back muscle???

That's ridiculous louis. My retired TB raced 76 times, won over $200,000 AND retired sound. He's by Jules, out of a Personal Flag mare.

HE looks like a long-backed greyhound.

Please explain.

Come to think of it, my greyhound raced 44 times and retired sound.

Those FB have an Inherited weakness of soft bones thru their prolific Inbreeding to those Ph. Foundation stallions & mare Natalma--ND connection a negative for unsoundness.

An assertion without any evidence.

I went to SA this morning to ask Kathy Walsh, trainer of Georgie Boy, what problems stopped him from racing.

GB was plagued by sore shins & his bones were to soft to race on. GB fits the pattern of those FB. They win early, then they go to the sidelines for R&R.

Where is the proof for the assertion of "soft" bones?
