Slaney Rock (IRE) fell at Belmont yesterday

Does anyone know his status? Hurdle race 1, # 7. He stayed down for some time and when he did get up it looked like a lurching walk. Hard to see (I was there in person yesterday).

Fell over the 10th fence in the William Entenmann S.(Bel,18fT,Hurdles) on July 3, 2010. Was Vanned off but reported uninjured.

that was what was put on his PQ page...

I was wondering too as I watched the race, he didnt get up too quickly. im figuring the PQ has the wrong year?? Surely he didnt fall the same day last year.. I hope he is okay, thanks for any updates

I didn't think to check the database as it JUST happened...someone was on the ball. Must have meant 2011.
That's the first fall I've seen in person...brought my girls, thank God they are too young to really get it. Everyone applauded when we saw the horse get up.
