He finished 6th in the 1999 Belmont and 5th in the Preakness. Alex Hassinger trained him.
Whatever happened to him? He seemed to have disappeared.
Does anyone remember a former TC runner named Patience Game?

I searched around on the web today, but all I found was another person from a few years ago who was searching for him too, with no luck.
He was owned by the Thoroughbred Corp. which liquidated its stock after Prince Ahmed bin Salman died, but the stock weren't sold off until 2004 and he's not in the Barretts records from the dispersal sale. I would have thought Patience Game would have been retired to stud long before that anyway. Maybe people with better connections can check around?

There seems to be another horse with the exact same name, a filly born in 2008. Not sure on Jockey Club rules, but would think that the name would have to have been released a few years prior to 2008. Maybe someone can check into the circumstances of that release.

You could also try checking with John Shirreffs who became trainer of the Thoroughbred Corporation's horses after Hassinger, about 2 weeks after Patience Game's last race of record on 7/15/2000.
