Animal Kingdom & BC Mile

Animal Kingdom to make his first start off more than an eight month layoff in the BC Mile. Wise Dan's team announced today they too will enter into the BC Mile. Wise Dan will get his prep race this Saturday in the Shadwell Turf Mile at Keeneland. Jose Lezcano will sub for Johnny V who is committed to ride at Belmont. TJ

I don't understand what Irwin is doing with Animal Kingdom. It's an odd thing for him to choose.
