34 horses contesting a 2 mile and 2 furlong turf race.

This was the Cesarewitch at Newmarket yesterday. It was a repeat win for Aaim To Prosper, a first in the history of the race.

Even with so many starters there is usually plenty of room as they start out in the country ,maybe another county and there is just a dog-leg bend to negotiate . It's an old historical race and a great betting spectacle ,being a handicap also there are some lightweight surprise winners at times.
