Strong Mandate...

...Looked very, very good in Hopeful. I believe this is the first Tiznow to win a GR-1 at 2 since Folklore from his first crop. I hope this is the Tiznow classic horse I've been hoping for. What do others think? 8)

The final time was a respectable one. If you then aggregate the wet track surface along with those relative fast fractions, then one has to conclude that we are witnessing an auspicious juvenile contender.

But in order to be completely fair with this emerging generation one has to wait some time until the end of 2013 and even January to observe the development of the rest of his peers along with that of Strong Mandate himself ---because sometimes early birds deflate! Certainly, up to this moment, he looks like some sort of a genuine Arazi kind of horse.. Hmmm, precisely!

Tiznow needed some time to develop, and Clear Mandate didn't reach her peak until she was a 5-year-old. I'd say that so long as Strong Mandate can avoid the injury bug, he should continue to improve as he matures.
