It is gonna take everything they've got to beat Graydar. His only weakness is the six month layoff - hard to believe he'll be at the top of his game and his past performances from his MSW to the Alw75Kn1x show vulnerability; nice works, six sharp ones, four on the tr.t, Pletcher has him ready and he is gonna be tough. Easter Gift has shown a steady and consistent progression; four sharp works, but don't think he is a class fit. G1 type Jackson Bend is stretching out after rallying in the Forego; two relatively soft works but don't believe he is a distance fit. Praetereo appears to be short on class when compared to others; two soft works; Hymn Book looks the fit. Three races under his belt goin' 8.5 furlongs, gets a drop in distance, gets a top jock; first time w/ blinkers and Shug gave him four sharp 4fl works for speed. I like what Shug is cookin' here, if Grayday is short, Hytmn Book is the one. Souper Speedy has shown a steady and consistent progression , but doesn't appear to be a distance fit and is just short of class when compared to the other two; The invader from Uruguay Brujo de Olleros has run well, but he too appears short on class.
