Hi Whirl,
It's about time they finally brought something to the table that makes sense. Gamblers, handicapping trainers who they feel are using drugs. Yep that should do it....I've never met a gambler who wasn't aware of the reasons why they were losing their rent and eating money on a daily basis. The game is bound to clean up now. TJ
