The CHRB does their job daily and speaks volumes for posts here suggesting bias. This particular trainer Jim Cassidy, has been training horses since 1989. Aside from this serious offense, only 3 other offenses show in his record, none for drug related offenses. He follows the rules, he's not a cheater. Of course the report by Paulick leaves out such facts....as he also left out Cassidy's assertion that he doesn't carry clenbuterol in his stable.
