Wonder what led to that decision. You don't get as invested as he is and then back out without there being more to the story. I can't see him just waking up one day and going 'meh.' He's doing other things and it may be a business decision where you or I might stay in because we love the sport but he's gonna be thinking 'I love the sport but this doesn't make financial sense the way things have been going.' When you're in for a lot of money, it takes more money to keep things going. Risk is greater. Hmm.
Gonna be a feeding frenzy at Fasig-Tipton when his stock disperses. I shudder to think who might end up in Japan. There's always that risk that we lose horses abroad at these things. I'm sure they'll be well taken care of and all, it's just frustrating when they leave.
