Firing Line

Here's my take on Firing Line's performance in the Sunland Derby: http://www.americanclassicpedigrees.com/hoofprints
"A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher...You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse." C. S. Lewis

Hmm, re-evaluating my thoughts on him based on your article, but I did like that he was pressed up front and still came out way on top.

This year Triple Crown series
makes me remember the
1969 series where two dominant
horses led the way to several other
also formidable contenders.

Dortmund (Majestic Prince?)
Firing Line (Arts and Letters?)
Carpe Diem (Top Knight?)
American Pharoah (Al Hattab?)
Internatinal Star (Dike?)
