The Palm Meadows strangles outbreak hasn't been in the news for a few weeks now, am I to assume that it's all cleared-up? Are Romans' horses out of quarantine now or is the barn still in "lockdown"?

Sometimes it's hard to tell if the story's resolved or if the reporters just got tired of writing about it!

The situation is resolved, and most of the horses that were in quarantine have moved on to other tracks. A remaining few still have a test or two to pass (the testing process to clear them takes several weeks) then they'll be shipping out too.
