Trainer needed or someone willing to help train.....

I am new to the racing industry and have a 3 yr. old TB stud colt I want to race this year. I have been doing all the work myself but can't go any further as I am not liecened as I have not been in this long enough. Now I do know horses, just not racing.
My colt has been on the track about 15 times, no works and is not gate schooled. He is about 70% fit but has been sick but is now ready to start up again. But I can not take him any further as I need someone liecened to do his works ect.
Ideally I would LOVE to send him to the US to train and run. I'm not looking to just hand him over, I want to be involved with the training and decisions on his training. Also i'm not looking to make allot of money, just want to get him out there and have the experience. As I live in the Western part of Canada, anyone in this area of Western part of the US would be prefered. Can anyone help??

Don't know who that is.....there are allot of trainers in BC....want to go to an outside trainer, prefer in the US.
