Postby Tucumcari » Wed May 11, 2005 8:31 pm

Two horses are going to brave the brilliant colt this weekend on his home court. Good luck to them

Obviously, I've missed something. What's Fog's next start to be?

If I owned a 3 year old, which I don't, I'd drop him in the Golden Bear, have him jog around the track, and pick up my check for $9,000. I'm a huge Lost in the Fog fan, but I can't believe the trainers are going to leave that kind of money on the table.

And they're gonna let it run that small?
But then again, this is California... 8)
It's gonna be a practical match race...do you suppose having two horses dog him all the way will change the outcome any? I don't even know who else is running or if they've got any speed :o

Really don't care who he runs against . . . . am just going to enjoy watching him up close and personal.

Wind Water is fast . . . . I wish I had bet him 2 weeks ago @BM, but did not impress me in the paddock.

Odds are not out yet but i gotta believe this race will be a non-wagering race. Anybody agree?

Oh man 54:4 for 5-Furlongs Horse is a freak of nature-has anyone gone that fast ever for 5 furlongs?

cant wait to see him in the Breedres Cup Sprint-has a 3 yr old ever won the Sprint?

Is he still a horse or has he been gelded?

Hi Ageecee,

Rocking Trick (ARG) did the nearly equivalent distance of 1,000 Meters in 54.33 down in Argentenia but no horse had ever done 5f in 54.4 before Lost in the Fog just did it.

He is entire.

The record for 5f is 54.60 by General Express and 54.61 by Bop. However, that's probably only the record for 5f races and Lost In The Fog just won a 6f one.

The Time For Lost is Freakish.
