News on Bellamy Road?

Postby Terlingua » Fri Jul 08, 2005 8:19 am

This boy seems to have vanished into thin air. Any news on his recovery? Anyone know if he's going to Saratoga for the summer?

To Terlingua and the other forum members.

Bellamy Road is starting to gallop and is alive and well at this time. His appetite it super as he is eating the bottom out of his feed tub.

BR will walk the next 2 days and gallop the next few days. His injury is healed and his fans will see him in 2 months time.

If I was Frank Stronach I would have a web site to keep the TB ffans informed about our TB, this is called marketing to create a new fan base.

The above report on BR was fantasy as I used BR as an example to show how to report the news of our TB daily for our many fans world wide.

Lets hope the people in high places see this example and put it into reality.

Louis As someone who made a living in Motorsports and CREATING several high profile drivers IMAGES it seems the horse racing industry needs to learn more about PROPER PR and how to manage a PRODUCTS image!

you are so right!

Absolutely agree!

The quickest way to lose a fan base is to withhold information that keeps a big name in the forefront. The public will quickly forget if not continuously reminded of the activities of their favorite subject.

Check out Afleet Alex's website. (www.afleetalex.com) and the ongoing logs and journals. It's no wonder this horse's story has reached millions. Too bad a few more high profile owners don't take advantage of electronic media and get a website up and running to keep the fans updated on their charges.

Great Great professional web site for AA. Thanks Laurie for sharing, maybe the corporate people in high places will see that site and it will motivate them to do the same for all us TB fans world wide.

Be Well AA, we will see you on your return after your R&R is over.
