Did this horse make it??

I have no idea where to get info. on whether or not a race horse survived so I thought I would try here.

A friend saw a horse called No Sock Doc break down in the 10th race at Fairplex racetrack. The horse is trained by Mike Mitchell. She is really upset by the whole thing and I would like to hopefully, give her some good news.
