Louis, Game Day Hero

Postby Swaps1955 » Thu Nov 03, 2005 5:44 pm

Hi, Louis,

At Santa Anita on Wednesday, Game Day Hero was vanned off. Didn't look good. Do you know anything? He looked like a winner and then appeared to break down. In the gallop out the jockey hopped off and was holding him. Trainer is C.S (Chuck?) Treece. Two other horses in the race pulled up, but the chart said they walked off. Would appreciate anything you can find out about Game Day Hero. He looked like the winner until right at the end.

Thanks,

Wendy

Charles Treece is stabled at Los Al, so I cant find out on that one.

Mary Lou Tuck trains the TB that walked off, and Mary told me their is nothing wrong with her TB.

What is the name and trainer of the other TB that walked off?

Thanks, Louis. Sorry you can't get info on Game Day Hero. The other horse that walked off was Mr. Tibbils, trained by Mike Mitchell.

Thanks again,

Wendy

I heard today Charles Treece TB had to be put down, because of a bad injury.

Mike M. TB is ok as he suffered a heat stroke and overheated.

Thanks, Louis. Sorry about Game Day Hero, but appreciate your efforts in tracking down what happened to him. Glad Mr. Tibbils will run another day!

Hope you saw A.P. Warrior in a very impressive race today! Toyed with the field.

AP Warrior ran a superman race. It looks like the Affirmed, and Alydar all over again in the TC of 06.

Stevie Wonder Boy---AP Warrior and Bob and John will battle it out in the trenches, to see who will emerge victorious.

Bob and John ran a good race today as he just came back from the virus sting. Look for BAJ to bounce to greater heights.

The 2 year old crop is full of promise: Stevie Wonderboy, A.P. Warrior out here. First Samurai, Flanders Fields, Henny Hughes out east and untold others waiting to pounce! An exciting year to unfold!
